Terms & conditions Prices All prices on e-shop are inclusive of VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices at home and in publications without prior notice. Rates in force at the time of the order even at the time of delivery. Minimum order value is 300 SEK excluding freight. Free Shipping in Sweden for the purchase of 1000. Payment is done via your internet bank. Please provide on payment the order number. The order number and our account information can be found on your order confirmation. The purchased item will only be sent after we have received full payment of the purchase price and shipping costs. Order Confirmation Delivery We process orders within 1-2 days. Shipping from us takes normally 1-2 business days after ordering, unless another deadline specified in the product. This means that we ship the product from us within 1-3 working days after the order has been made, then it will take about 1-3 business days for the post office or Schenker to manage packages. For deliveries outside Sweden the delivery time depends on destination. Complaints For complaints of a good start so you're always having to contact us via email or telephone. Packaging must be unbroken and goods must be intact and be in original packaging. Comments not made within 7 days after receipt will not be accepted. A broken or wrong delievered to be returned within 10 days. We will send you free to be new to you and return shipping refunded. Wanted money back for the goods count as chargebacks - see information under heading "Right of withdrawal". According to Distance Contracts have you as a consumer right to withdraw its bid without giving reasons, provided that the goods are returned to us in the unaltered and undamaged within 14 days from the date you received the goods. If you cancel your purchase and send back the whole and unpacked goods we will refund the amount you paid. Not triggered delivery We charge 300 SEK package freight costs and management of non-triggered delivery. For packages / goods outside Sweden will be charged 700 SEK.The payment of the amount sent with payment period 14 days.
